Ensuring your safety while using our gazebos is paramount.We advise users to mount our gazebos on concrete or wooden boards with expansion screws or ground stakes to better stabilize our products (wooden boards need to prepare their own expansion screws). Please note that in winter, you will need to clear the snow from the tarp timely to prevent the gazebo from collapsing.

If any parts are damaged or missing after you received the gazebo, please send us a message. We can provide replacement parts for you.
