The item works well and in good condition.

If the buyer still wants to return the item, buyer should pay for the shipping cost. If you want to return the item, We will send you the return label in 1-3days after confirmation. The shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund.

And if the return is the result of our error or product quality, we will provide a prepaid return label for your return and issue a full refund once we can track the item.
