We want you to feel confident with your purchase.
If your item arrives in good condition and works properly, but you decide it’s not the right fit, you’re welcome to return it. In this case, the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide a return label within 1–3 business days to make the process simple and hassle-free. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item) or a product quality issue, we’ll take care of everything — including providing a prepaid return label and issuing a full refund once the return is trackable.
In addition, if the items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error, you'll only receive up to 50% of the item's price.
All refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
