Limited Warranty Policy


1. Warranty Period & Core Principle

We provide a Limited Warranty for products sold by our store, including outdoor gazebos, furniture, barbecue canopies, and similar items. Warranty coverage is determined primarily based on the material or workmanship of the product itself.

2. Tiered Warranty Details

Within 30 Days (Full-Coverage Warranty Period):

* Damaged Upon Arrival: If you discover damage caused during transport or a product defect upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will arrange free repair or replacement of parts.

* Accidental Damage During Normal Use: We provide free warranty service for accidental damage not caused by misuse (e.g., structural components cracking without cause) that occurs during proper installation and normal use.

30 Days to 1 Year (Discretionary Warranty Period):

(1) Damage due to Human Causes or Acts of Nature (Force Majeure): For damage resulting from improper installation, accidental impact, extreme weather (e.g., typhoons, abnormal snow loads, etc.), we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

* Minor Parts Missing or Damaged: We can provide free replacement for small accessories or parts.

* Major Damage: Replacement of major components will require a purchase at your expense. As an alternative, depending on the damage, we may negotiate a partial refund of 15-25% of the original order value for you to handle repairs independently.

(2) Quality Defects: If our after-sales engineer confirms the damage is due to a product quality defect, we will provide free repair.

Beyond 1 Year

Free warranty service is no longer provided. You may still contact us to purchase replacement parts for repair at your own expense.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

* Acts of Nature (Force Majeure): Including, but not limited to, hurricanes, typhoons, blizzards, hail, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, or any extreme weather events exceeding the product's specified design standards.

* Improper Installation: Any damage resulting from failure to install the product according to the provided installation instructions.

* Normal Weathering, Fading, or Wear and Tear.

* Non-Product Related Causes: Such as damage caused by pets, insects, or similar factors.
